Williamsbridge: Woman Sought for Groping Another Woman on White Plains Road

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying the woman seen in the attached photos who they say is wanted in connection with a groping incident that occurred in Williamsbridge last month.

 

Police said that on Wednesday, Feb. 12, at around 1.20 p.m., a 54-year-old female victim was inside a commercial establishment located at 3502 White Plains Road when the unidentified woman approached her. They said the female suspect touched the victim’s left breast twice and then exited the location on foot, traveling to parts unknown, adding that the victim was not physically injured as a result of the incident.

 

The persn sought is described as female, has a dark complexion, a slim build, and is estimated to be between 50 to 60 years old. They said she was last seen wearing a black knit cap, eyeglasses, a gray jacket with fur on the hood, a gray shirt, black pants, gray boots with white fur, and a brown pocketbook.

Police said the incident is being investigated by the Bronx Special Victims Squad, and the attached photos are also available at the NYPD.
