Williamsbridge: Two Sought for Assault & Robbery of 13-Year-Old Boy

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the people seen in the attached media who are sought in connection to a robbery that occurred on the border of the Williamsbridge and Laconia neighborhoods.

It was reported to police that on Thursday, March 16, at approximately 4 p.m., the victim, a 13-year-old boy, was aboard an MTA Bus BX31 heading westbound on Eastchester Road and Boston Road. Police said two male individuals boarded the bus, forced the victim off of it, and then proceeded to kick him multiple times about the head and body. They then stole the victim’s cell phone, before fleeing northbound on foot on Boston Road. “The victim refused medical attention on scene,” a police spokesperson said.

According to the NYPD, the individuals sought are described as being between 14 and 19 years of age. “The first individual was last seen wearing a red, hooded sweatshirt, [a] black vest, and [a] black book bag,” a police spokesperson said. “The second individual was last seen wearing a blue and black jacket, a black ski-mask, and a silver book bag.”
