Williamsbridge: Two Sought following Car Theft

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance identifying two individuals seen in the attached video who are sought for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred in Williamsbridge, located in the 47th precinct.

 

It was reported to police that on Thursday, Oct. 14, at approximately 8.04 p.m., in front of 3700 White Plains Road, a 38-year-old man was getting into his vehicle when he noticed two male individuals approaching him. One of them displayed a firearm, demanded the victim’s car keys and upon receipt, passed them to the second individual. The first suspect fled northbound on foot on White Plains Road, while the second fled northbound on White Plains Road inside the victim’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.

 

The first individual is described as a heavy built male who is dark-skinned and who was last seen wearing a black ski mask, a black sweatshirt, black sweatpants and white/black Jordan brand sneakers.

 

The second individual is described as a male with a slim build who is dark-skinned, and who was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black ski mask.
