UPDATE Marble Hill: Woman Arrested for Assault & Harassment of 83-Year-Old Man

The NYPD said they have arrested a 39-year-old woman for an assault on an 83-year-old senior in Marble Hill.

 

As reported, the NYPD had been asking for the public’s assistance identifying and locating the person seen in the attached photo who they said was wanted in connection with the assault on the man on Thursday, Feb. 13, at around 1.15 p.m. in front of 90 West 225th Street. They said the victim had been walking on the sidewalk when an individual pushed him, causing him to hit his head on the pavement.

 

“The victim had a laceration, pain and swelling to the head,” they said, adding that the victim was transported by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition. “The unidentified individual fled the location on foot to parts unknown,” police said.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, police said Chloe Mitchell of Heath Avenue in the Fordham Manor section of The Bronx was arrested and charged on Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 8.30 a.m. in the confines of the 52nd Precinct.

 

They said she was charged with second-degree assault, third-degree assault, and harassment. She is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in a court of law.
