He is wanted for questioning in connection to the incident.

The deceased has been identified as Robert Forrest, 46, of 3982 Carpenter Avenue in the Bronx, and his family has been notified.

On Dec. 28, the NYPD confirmed that Rameek Simmons, 23, of East 30th Street, New York has been charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
