The NYPD has shared additional photos and video of a group of people who are sought for questioning in relation to a robbery and assault on an older person that occurred in Fordham Manor last month.
As reported, police had been asking for the public’s help identifying the people seen in the attached video and photos who they say are wanted in connection to the incident.
Police said it unfolded on Friday, July 26, at around 3.20 a.m.
They said a 69-year-old male victim was walking near the intersection of Davidson Avenue and West Kingsbridge Road when an unidentified male individual placed him in a chokehold.
Meanwhile, six other unidentified males began going through his pockets.
They said they stole $200 and a cell phone, before fleeing to parts unknown.
Police added that the victim was treated for minor injuries at St. Barnabas Hospital.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, on Aug. 4, police shared additional photos and a video in relation to the robbery. These are attached.
