UPDATE Fordham Heights: 12-Year-Old Boy Reported Missing Now Located

The NYPD said a 12-year-old boy who was reported missing from Fordham Heights on Monday, Oct. 7, has been located.

 

Police said that Jayden Silva of Morris AvenueIt had last been seen in the vicinity of East 182nd Street and Walton Avenue, within the confines of the 46th precinct, on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at around 9 a.m.

 

They described him as male, Hispanic, with a small build, and a light complexion. They said he was around 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighed around 130 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes. They said he had last been seen wearing a brown sweater, burgundy pants, black sneakers, and a red and black backpack.

 

On Oct. 16, police confirmed that young boy was located.
