University Heights: Older Woman Punched in the Face in Unprovoked Attack

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the person seen in the attached video who they say is wanted in connection with an assault that occurred in University Heights section of The Bronx.

 

Police said that on Friday, March 21, at 3 p.m. in front of 2260 University Avenue, a 63-year-old female victim was approached by an unidentified person and punched in the face in an unprovoked attack. They said the victim lost consciousness and sustained a serious injury to her nose. They said the assailant fled the location on foot to parts unknown.
