The New York Lottery announced one top-prize winning ticket was sold in The Bronx for the Oct 31 TAKE 5 Evening drawing. The ticket was sold at Fairfield Food Inc., located at 2525 3rd Avenue in Mott Haven, and was worth $17,751.50.
TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39, according to lottery officials. The drawing is televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., and a lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
New York Lottery officials said the lottery continues to be North America’s largest and most profitable one, contributing $3.7 billion in fiscal year 2022-2023, to help support education in New York State.
