Fordham Manor: 23-Year-Old Man Shot Twice

The NYPD said a 23-year-old man was shot twice in Fordham Manor on Thursday, Feb. 10.   Sergeant Edward Riley, NYPD spokesperson, said officers responded to the incident which occurred in front of 2556 Davidson Avenue at 8 p.m. on Thursday. A 23-year-old male victim told police he was walking [along the street] when he heard gunfire. He then sustained two gunshots, one to his left leg and one to his left arm.   The victim said the unidentified suspect fled the area in a vehicle in an unknown direction. The victim was transported by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital.

Bronx DA: Former NYPD Police Officer Sentenced for 2019 Fatal Shooting of Friend

  Bronx District Attorney, Darcel D. A 17-year-old male has been arrested on murder chargers following the shooting of a 21-year-man in the head in Fordham Heights in late October.   As reported at the time, police responded to a 911 call regarding a man who had been shot at 2253 Ryer Avenue, located in the 46th precinct, on Sunday, Oct. 24, at approximately 8.49 p.m.   Upon arrival, they observed the man, lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head. Bedford Park: 26-Year-Old Woman Stabbed in Chest

A woman was stabbed over the weekend following a dispute in Bedford Park.   On Saturday, Oct. 16, at 3:35 a.m., in front of 2765 Webster Avenue, a 26-year-old woman was stabbed once in the chest after an argument with an unidentified suspect.
