Bedford Park: Woman Stabbed in Chest on BX41 MTA Bus

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual seen in the attached video and photograph who is wanted for questioning in connection with an assault that occurred in the 52nd precinct.   It was reported to police that on Wednesday, Sept. 29, at approximately 2.15 p.m., inside a BX41 MTA bus, which was stopped at 2953 Webster Avenue in Bedford Park, the individual pushed a 61-year-old man off the bus. UPDATE Laconia: 26-Year-Old Man Dies following Residential Shooting

A 26-year-old man is dead following a shooting in the Laconia section of the Bronx.   On Saturday, Sept. 18, at approximately 10.35 p.m., police responded to a call regarding an assault which occurred inside 3400 Wickham Avenue, located in the 47th precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed a 26-year-old man lying unconscious and unresponsive in the hallway with a gunshot wound to his shoulder.   EMS responded and transported the victim to Jacobi Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.  The name of the deceased is being withheld pending family notification.

Fordham Heights: Man Sought in Reckless Shooting Incident

Second Protest at 46th Precinct over Police-Involved Shooting Turns Violent
