A shooting outside the constituency office of NYS Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie in the East Bronx, south of Baychester, at East Gun Hill Road and Fenton Avenue has left one person in in critical condition, police said.   According to an NYPD spokesperson, police said one person was shot in the head at the location on Monday, April 17, around 3 p.m. and is in critical condition at Jacobi Hospital. A 45-year-old man has died following a fatal shooting (murder) in Norwood police said.   Police said two people have been arrested in the case of the non-fatal shooting of two teenagers in University Heights in April. Kingsbridge: Man Armed with Imitation Pistol acting “Crazy” Shot by Police on Elevated Subway Track
