Artist, Ruth Marshall, Brings Flower Power to Bronx Park

On the precipice of Bronx Park in Norwood, a series of tapestries made with colorful parachute cords now decorate the railing, bringing a splash of color to the park entrance. The unidentified man, seen in the accompanying photo, who was discovered unconscious and unresponsive on a Kingsbridge Heights street has since been identified, police say Wednesday.
