The NYPD confirmed on Thursday, Nov. 18, that a 12-year-old girl from Woodstock who was reported missing in November for the second time in a few months has been found safe.   It was reported to police that, prior to being found, Krystal Crespo, 12, of East 152nd Street had last been seen on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at approximately 5.35 p.m. at her home.
