The move follows a recent ownership shake-up which has seen a replacement majority co-op shareholder in the mix.

NYS Office of Addiction Services & Support Releases New Cannabis Toolkit
The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS) announced on Friday, April 19, the launch of a new Cannabis Toolkit for parents and mentors, designed to offer resources and information about cannabis and how to talk to young people about the risks of underage cannabis use and the impact it can have. The free toolkit is available in both English and Spanish on the OASAS website.
Fordham Manor: Man Charged for Shooting 2-Year-Old Boy on Fordham Road
Following the arrest of 20-year-old Freddy Flores, as reported, the suspect in the recent shooting of a 2-year-old boy on Fordham Road on Saturday afternoon, March 30, Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced on Friday, April 19, that he was charged with attempted murder in the second degree, plus additional charges for firing several shots at an intended target, and instead striking the 2-year-old infant in the back as he was walking with his mother that day on Fordham Road, as reported.
