A 32-year-old Bronx man has been arrested on murder charges following the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old in March, police said.   On Tuesday, March 15, at around 1.06 a.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding a male victim who had been shot in front of 1770 Grand Concourse, located in the 46th Precinct. “Upon arrival, officers were informed that a 21-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound to his torso, and the victim was transported, via private means, to Bronx Care Health System, where he was pronounced deceased,” police officials said.
