Suspect Wanted for Exposing Himself to Child in Norwood

The NYPD needs help identifying a man wanted for exposing his genitals to a little boy in Norwood.

According to police at the 52nd Precinct, the man approached the boy inside a residential building near East Gun Hill Road and DeKalb Avenue on Jan. 23 at around 5:25 p.m.

The man then took the 11-year-old to another floor and exposed his genitals to him. Video surveillance caught the suspect inside an elevator. The suspect is described as Hispanic, standing around 5′ 5″ or 5’7″ and wearing glasses. Police believe the man was trying to sexually assault the child.
