Bronx State Senator Gustavo Rivera will teach the third in a series of community civic classes this Thursday, Oct. 25 at the Belmont Library, 610 East 186th St (at Hughes Ave). Rivera was an educator before becoming an elected official in 2010. He wants to encourage all Bronxites who wish to learn about the political process to come and participate.
