The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the people seen in the attached photos who they say are wanted in connection with a stabbing assault that occurred in the Olinville section of The Bronx.
Police said the incident took place on Wednesday, Dec. 6, at around 12.15 p.m., when a 40-year-old male victim was speaking with the two suspects in the vicinity of White Plaints Road and East Gun Hill Road.
“One of the unknown individuals then pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the lower back,” a police spokesperson said. “The individuals then fled the location on foot. The victim was transported by private means to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition.”
Police said the first person is described as male, is around 40 or 50, has a dark complexion and a heavy build. They said he was last seen wearing a black skullcap, a black puffer jacket, and black jeans.
They said the second person is also described as male, is estimated to be around 30 to 35, has a dark complexion and a slim build. They said he was last seen wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, and black boots.
