The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photo who they say is sought in connection with a robbery that occurred in the Olinville section of the north Bronx.
Police said that on Wednesday, Nov. 8, at around 8.25 the victim, a 33-year-old-man, was riding a southbound 2 train approaching the Gun Hill Road subway station, when he was approached by a male individual unknown to him. They said the assailant snatched his iPhone 12 ProMax from his hands, got off the train at Gun Hill Road subway station and fled on foot to parts unknown.
“The victim was not injured during the incident,” a police spokesperson said.
