Off-Duty NYPD School Crossing Guard Arrested in North Bronx

Police said an off-duty New York City employee was arrested on Saturday, March 1, at 4.38 p.m. in the confines of the 47th Precinct, which covers the north Bronx neighborhoods of Woodlawn, Wakefield, Williamsbridge, Baychester, Edenwald, Olinville, and Fishbay, as well as Woodlawn Cemetary.

 

They said Jenny Ocampo Guiterrez, 44, an NYPD school crossing guard, was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree harassment.

 

Ocampo Gutierrez is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in a court of law.
