The NYPD said an off-duty, New York City employee was arrested and charged on Saturday, Feb. 15, at 2.39 a.m. within the confines of the 50th Precinct, which covers the Bronx neighborhoods of Kingsbridge, Marble Hill, Riverdale, Fieldston and Spuyten Duyvil.
They said the Jonathan Muniz, 30, an FDNY firefighter, was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and driving while ability impaired.
Muniz is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in a court of law.
