A 58-year-old man was reported missing from Norwood on Friday, Sept. 30, and the NYPD is seeking the public’s help locating him.
Police said it was reported to them that Melvin Phillips, 58, from 3144 Hull Avenue was last seen Friday, Sept. 23, at 8 p.m., leaving his home. He is described as having brown eyes, is balding, has a dark complexion, is 6 feet tall, has a medium build and weighs around 180 pounds. His clothing description is unknown.
