Norwood: Man Wanted in Connection with Forcible Touching Incident

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual shown in the attached video and photograph in connection with a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 52nd precinct.

It was reported to police that on Monday Sept. 14, 2020, at approximately 6.50 p.m., at the intersection of Wayne Avenue and Reservoir Oval West in the Norwood section of the Bronx, the individual grabbed a 45-year-old female victim’s buttocks and then fled on foot.

The individual is described as male, is 6 feet tall, and of a slim build.

The attached video and photograph surveillance was captured prior to the incident.
