Norwood: Church Break-In

 

 

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual shown in the attached video and photograph in connection with a criminal mischief incident that occurred within the confines of the 52nd precinct in Norwood.

 

It was reported to police that on Tuesday May 19, 2020, at approximately 3:45 a.m., at 333 East 206th Street (St. Brendan’s Church), the individual used a rock and then his body to break the front glass door. No property was taken from the interior of the church. The individual fled the scene on foot southbound on Perry Avenue.

 

 

The individual is described as a dark-skinned male who wore a sweat suit with the letters FBG on the front.
