The NYPD is appealing to the public for help identifying the group seen in the attached video and photo who they say are wanted in connection with an armed robbery and stabbing that occurred on the border of Norwood and Bedford Park on Christmas Eve.
Police said that on Sunday, Dec. 24, at around 5.30 p.m. on the mezzanine of the Mosholu Parkway subway station, five people approached a 44-year-old male victim and after a verbal dispute, struck and stabbed the victim multiple times. “The individuals then removed the victim’s cell phone and fled the location on foot to parts unknown,” an NYPD spokesperson said.
Police said the victim was transported by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
They said the individuals sought are described as three males and one female, estimated to be between 20 and 25 years of age, with dark complexions.
They said the attached media showing the individuals was obtained from near the incident location after it occurred.
