The New York Lottery announced on Tuesday, Oct. 3, multiple, top-prize winning tickets were sold for the Oct. 1 TAKE 5 midday drawing in The Bronx.
The tickets were sold at Express Convenience Stationary, located at 3500 White Plains Road in the Williamsbridge section of The Bronx, which sold one prize-winning ticket worth $6,125.
TAKE 5 players with midday and evening draws on the same ticket should check their numbers at nylottery.ny.gov to determine if they have the winning numbers for the corresponding midday or evening drawing.
Lottery officials said the TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39, and the drawing is televised twice daily at 2.30 p.m. and 10.30 p.m. They said the lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
New York Lottery officials say the lottery continues to be North America’s largest and most profitable lottery, contributing $3.59 billion in fiscal year 2020-21 to help support education in New York State.
