At approximately 1:38 a.m. this morning, May 11, police confirm that an adult female was engaged in a dispute with two other adult females in Mott Haven. One of the two females placed a lit cigarette on the hair of the female victim, before fleeing the location on foot. The female victim was not injured and refused any medical attention at the scene. The investigation remains ongoing. The incident location was the vicinity of 2640 3rd Avenue, Bronx.
