The NYPD is seeking the public’s help locating a 19-year-old young man from Morris Heights who they say is reported missing.
Police said the Ramsel Guzman of 54 Featherbed Lane was last seen at his home on Saturday, Sept. 7, at around 8 p.m. They said he is described as male, has a medium complexion, is around 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. They said he was last seen wearing an orange t-shirt, green shorts, and black and white Nike sneakers.
