Morris Heights: Man Sought in Connection to Alleged Sexual Assault

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the person seen in the attached photo who is sought in connection to a groping / sexual assault incident that occurred in Morris Heights.

 

Police said that on Tuesday, Nov. 29, at around 7.50 a.m., the victim, a 15-year-old girl, was on a Westchester BX19 bus in the vicinity of the intersection of Tremont Avenue and University Avenue when an unidentified man allegedly, forcibly grabbed her buttocks. He then exited the bus and fled on foot in an unknown direction. “There were no [physical] injuries reported as a result of this incident,” a police spokesperson said.
