Man Sought following Groping Incident at Kingsbridge Road Subway Station

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help locating the person seen in the attached video and photo who is sought for questioning in connection to a groping incident that occurred on the Fordham Manor / Kingsbridge Heights border.

 

Police said that on Wednesday, Feb. 1, at around 10 p.m., the victim, a 31-year-old woman, was exiting the Kingsbridge Road subway station, when an unidentified man approached her and grabbed her leg and buttocks. The victim pushed the individual away and ran up the stairs out of the subway station.

 

The man then followed her from a distance as she walked to her home, and then fled on foot to parts unknown. There were no reported physical injuries following the incident, police said.

 

The suspect is described as male, has a light complexion, and is around 5 feet, 9 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a gray, knit cap, a gray jacket, and blue jeans.
