Kingsbridge: Man Sought following Store Robbery

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photo who they say is sought in connection to a robbery that occurred in Kingsbridge on Jan. 6, 2024.

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photo and video who they say is sought in connection to a robbery that occurred in Kingsbridge.

Police said that on Saturday, Jan. 6, at around 1.37 p.m. an unknown male individual entered a Best Buy, located at 171 West 230th Street, and removed a laptop from a display case. They said the person then placed the laptop under his hooded sweatshirt and left the store in an unknown direction.

They said the person is described as male, has a medium build, and a black beard. They said he was last seen wearing a blue, hooded, sweatshirt, a gray, knit hat, eyeglasses, and dark colored pants.
