Kingsbridge Heights: NYPD Appeal for Help Locating Suspect In Stabbing Incident

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the man in the attached photo wanted for questioning in connection to a stabbing within the confines of the 50th precinct.

 

On Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., in the vicinity of Reservoir Avenue and West 197th Street, a 34-year-old male victim was involved in a dispute with an unidentified man near the park/playground area. The dispute escalated into a physical altercation, at which time, the suspect produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the hip, back and thigh before fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was removed to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
