Jerome Park: Missing 17-Year-Old High School Student Found Safe

A 17-year-old student who was reported missing in Jerome Park on Monday, April 4, has been found safe. The NYPD had sought the public’s help on Monday locating the teen.

 

Prior to his return, Amir Sierra, 17, of East 152nd Street in the South Bronx had last been seen at his school, located at 100 West Mosholu Parkway South, on Monday, April 4, at 10.15 a.m. A few different schools are located at this address which is the site of the DeWitt Clinton campus. Amir was described as male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, and is Hispanic.

Police confirmed later on Monday that the teen was found and is safe.
