Fordham Manor: Person Sought for Armed Robbery of Business

NYPD officials are asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photo and video who they said is sought in connection with an armed robbery that occurred in Fordham Manor.

 

Police said that on Tuesday, Aug. 1, at around 8.10 p.m., a person entered a business located at 2625 Grand Concourse and displayed a knife at a 22-year-old male employee.

 

They said the person then demanded money and stole around $1,000 from the cash register. He then fled on foot westbound on East 193rd Street before turning northbound on Creston Avenue to parts unknown. They said there were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.
