Fordham Manor: Person Sought following Stabbing inside Residential Building

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the person seen in the attached photo who they say is sought in connection to an assault that occurred in Fordham Manor.

 

Police said that on Monday, Feb. 12, at around 00.25 a.m., the victim, a 29-year-old woman, got into a verbal dispute with another person inside 384 East 194th Street. They said that during the dispute, the second person displayed a knife and allegedly stabbed the victim in the torso, before fleeing on foot westbound on East 194th Street to parts unknown. “The victim was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition,” police said.

 

The person sought is described as female, has a light complexion, dark, long hair, and a slim build. They said she was last seen wearing multi-colored sneakers, black sweatpants, and a black sweatshirt.
