Fordham Manor: Man Sought following Reckless Afternoon Shooting

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the person seen in the attached photo who is sought in connection to a reckless shooting incident that occurred in Fordham Manor.


It was reported to police that on Saturday, April 23, at approximately 3.20 p.m., in front of 2501 Morris Avenue in Fordham Manor, an unidentified man approached two other males and fired multiple rounds with a gun. The assailant then fled on foot to parts unknown. There were no injuries reported as a result of the incident.

 

The assailant is described as a man in his early 20s, has a thin build, facial hair, is dark-skinned, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie “PUMA” sweater, light-blue, ripped jeans, black sneakers and a light brown winter hat.

 

Surveillance photo of the assailant is attached, and was obtained from 13 West Fordham Road, also in Fordham Manor.
