Fordham Manor: 41-Year-Old Woman Sexually Assaulted on Street

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the person seen in the attached photos who is sought in connection to a sexual assault that occurred in Fordham Manor.

 

It was reported to police at the 52nd Precinct that on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at around 6.14 p.m., a 41-year-old woman was about to enter 229 East Kingsbridge Road when she was approached by the assailant, who is unknown to her. “The assailant placed his hands down the victim’s pants, and grabbed the victim’s buttocks,” a police spokesperson said.

 

“He then fled the location on a Citi bike in an unknown direction,” the spokesperson added. The victim did not sustain any physical injuries as a result of the incident.

 

The assailant is described as male, has a dark complexion, is around 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs around 200 pounds, and was last observed wearing a grey, hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black sneakers and was carrying a black backpack.
