On Friday, May 22, 2020, at approximately 23:13 p.m. police responded to a shooting at 2418 University Avenue in the Fordham Manor area of the Bronx within the confines of the 52nd precinct. An 18-year-old male was shot following a verbal dispute with individuals.
Poachers fled the location in an unknown direction. The victim was taken to St. Barnabas hospital in a stable condition.
