Fordham Heights: Man Sought for Multiple Shots Fired, Endangering the Public

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying and locating the person seen in the attached photo and video who they say is sought for questioning in connection with shots fired recklessly in Fordham Heights, endangering the public.

 

Police said that on Monday, Aug. 26, at around 10.22 a.m., at West 184th Street and Jerome Avenue, an unidentified adult male fired multiple shots, before fleeing the location in a vehicle, traveling southbound on Jerome Avenue. They said no injuries were reported following the incident.

Police said the suspect is described as male, has a medium build and a dark complexion, and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, red sweatpants, and white sneakers.
