The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photo who they say is sought in connection with an attempted assault that occurred in Fordham Heights.
Police said that on Monday, Dec. 4, at around 1.39 p.m., in front of 2072 Creston Avenue, an unidentified person fired a gun on a public sidewalk in the direction of an unidentified victim. The gunman then fled on foot southbound on Creston Avenue towards Burnside Avenue. No injuries were reported following the incident, police said.
The person sought is described as male, has a light complexion, a medium build, and was last seen wearing a blue, Nike hooded sweatshirt, a camouflage jacket, ripped blue jeans, and black sneakers.
