Fordham Heights: Group of Women Sought for Store Robbery

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the attached media who they say are sought in connection with a robbery that occurred in Fordham Heights.

 

Police said that on Monday, Aug. 21, at around 8.24 p.m., a group of three women entered Antillana Supermarket, located at 124 West Fordham Road, and attempted to leave the store without paying for items.

“When the store manager was preventing them from leaving, one of the females brandished a taser and attempted to strike the victim with it,” a police spokesperson said. “The females then fled on foot westbound on West Fordham Road to parts unknown.”

 

Police said there were no injuries reported as a result of the incident and the value of consumable goods was approximately $7.

The suspects are all described as female, have light to medium complexions and are estimated to be between 18 and 20 years of age.

 

The attached photos and video showing the women was obtained from the incident location, police said.
