Fordham Heights: Fatal Shooting of 34-Year-Old Man Amid Dispute

Police responded to a 911 call on Sunday, May 16, at approximately 00.31 a.m., regarding a man who had been shot in front of 340 East 184 Street in Fordham Heights, in the 46th precinct. Preliminary investigation revealed he was a 34-year-old man who had been shot in the abdomen during a dispute at the location.

 

The man was transported by private means to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he succumbed to his injury. There are no arrests at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.

The identity of the deceased is pending proper family notification.
