An off-duty female NYPD employee was arrested on Friday, Dec. 13, police said.
An NYPD spokesperson said Crystal Underdue, 30, an NYPD police communications technician, was arrested and charged at 8 p.m. on Friday within the confines of the 46th Precinct, which covers the neighborhoods of Fordham, University Heights, Morris Heights and Mount Hope.
They said she was charged with second-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and third-degree assault.
Underdue is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in a court of law.
