The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the people seen in the attached media who they say are sought in connection with a commercial robbery that occurred in Edenwald.
Police said that on Sunday, Jan. 19, at around 00.30 a.m., the two males entered a business located at 1201 East 223rd Street, displayed a knife, and proceeded to steal an unknown quantity of cash from the register. They said they then fled on foot to parts unknown and there were no reported injuries.
Police said the first suspect (Individual #1) is described as male and he was wearing light-colored jeans, a multi-colored jacket with the letters “Members Only” on the back, black sweatpants, and black sneakers. They said the second suspect (Individual #2) is described as male and was wearing grey sweatpants and a black jacket.
