Crime Watch: Police Looking for Fordham Bank Robbery Suspect

The NYPD is looking for help in identifying and locating a male suspect (pictured right) wanted in connection with a bank robbery on Fordham Road in the 52nd Precinct.

On Monday, Aug. 6 at about 1:30 p.m. inside the Capital One Bank located at 151 East Fordham Road, the suspect, described as being a Hispanic male, demanded cash, and the teller complied. The suspect fled the location with cash. No injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as being a male Hispanic, 30-35, around 5’9″, approximately 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt with a picture of the Tony Montana character, played by Al Pacino in the movie “Scarface,” on it.
