Crime File: Who’s Wanted in the Bronx?

iPhone Thefts in Norwood
Police need help identifying two suspects wanted for stealing two iPhones in Norwood.

According to police, the men allegedly stole an iPhone 8 and an iPhone 8 Plus from the T-Mobile store on 370 East Gun Hill Road on Oct 26.


 

 

Both men are dark skinned and slender, police say.

Kingsbridge Hts. Stabbing
Police are looking for a man who stabbed a woman in the back and chest numerous times with an unknown object, and escaped with his bike.

The assault took place at 2701 Marion Ave. in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx on Nov. 26 after a dispute between the suspect and the 30-year-old victim. The woman was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable but serious condition and received treatment for five puncture wounds. Police say the man fled northbound on Marion Avenue on a bicycle.

The suspect is described as Hispanic and in his 20’s, standing about 5’8’’ tall. He was last seen wearing a camouflage baseball cap, a black and red hooded coat, camouflage pants and black and white sneakers.

Robbery on Fordham Road
Police are looking to question a man and a woman for a robbery that took place on 286 W Fordham Rd.

A 51-year-old woman got into an argument with the suspects on a Bx12 bus before they followed her off the bus and stole her cell phone. Police say the man also punched the victim in the face before both suspects escaped eastbound on Cedar Avenue. The victim was not seriously injured.

Police say both suspects are black and in their 30s or 40s. Both were also last seen wearing black clothing.
