AG James Announces Manslaughter Charges against NYPD Sergeant in Fatal Water Cooler Throw

New York Attorney General Letitia James announced on Tuesday, Jan. 23, that manslaughter charges were being brought against New York City Police Department (NYPD) Sgt. Erik Duran, 37, of Putnam County, following a police-involved operation, as reported, during which a water cooler was thrown at Bronx man, Eric Duprey, 30, in the Fordham Manor section of the Bronx last August, resulting in his death.

Edenwald: Two Sought following Nonfatal Shooting

The NYPD is appealing to the public for help identifying and locating the people seen in the attached photo who they say are sought for questioning in connection to an assault (shooting) that occurred in the Edenwald section of The Bronx.
