Police Appeal for Help Identifying Man Sought in Groping Incident Aboard BX12 Bus

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance identifying and locating the person seen in the attached photo who they say is sought in connection with a groping incident aboard a moving MTA bus in the confines of the 52nd Precinct which covers some or all of Bedford Park, Fordham, Kingsbridge, Norwood, Bronx Park, and University Heights.

MTA: Reversal of Congestion Pricing Plan May Impact ADA Projects like Mosholu Parkway Elevator Installation

The MTA announced on Friday, June 8, that the last-minute decision earlier this week by New York Gov. Kathy Hochul to halt the June 30th planned implementation of congestion pricing in New York City may have serious implications for the MTA’s 2020-2024 Capital Program, which includes several ADA upgrades to subway stations in The Bronx, like the elevator planned for Mosholu Parkway subway station, as well as “likely other aspects of the agency’s financial condition.”

Drawing on themes like the immigrant experience and body positivity, with an aspirational-themed narrative, the series highlights the diversity and commonality of immigrant experiences, beauty standards, and desires for success and acceptance through the lens of director Kobina de Graft-Johnson and creator and screenwriter Jasmine Patrice White.
