Bridge lift testing at the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge Manhattan span is scheduled for the early hours of Friday, May. 6, according to the MTA.   Intermittent Closures Planned for Both Directions Intermittent, full closures at the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge’s Harlem River lift span to and from Manhattan are scheduled for Friday, May 6, from midnight to 5 a.m. for bridge lifts to test mechanical functionality and allow routine preventative maintenance.   Each closure will last approximately 20 minutes. Man Arrested following Assault on 79-Year-Old Bus Passenger

Man Opens Fire at Fordham Road Subway Station Firing Multiple Rounds

  The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the attached video who are sought in connection to a reckless endangerment incident which occurred in transit on the number 4 subway line. It was reported to police that on Saturday, April 16, at approximately 1.50 a.m., an unidentified individual displayed a gun on a northbound number 4 subway approaching the Fordham Road subway station in the Fordham Manor section of The Bronx and discharged it multiple times. Weekend Lane Closures on Cross Bronx Expressway (Weather Permitting)
